Giselle and I met at my cousin's wedding in San Francisco.
We started corresponding over e-mail and
found out that we had soooo much in common,
like a mutual interest in SciFi, the same sense of humor,
and a mutual disinterest in dating another Filipino.
So we fell for each other. Go figure.

...On April 9, 1998 I proposed and she said yes.
I designed the engagement ring so the Saphire's
setting looked like the Star Fleet logo from Star Trek.
Believe me, Giselle's REALLY into Sci-Fi.
And on May 27, 2000
we were married in San Francisco
And had our reception in Sonoma.
Note that on top of our cake, we had Han Solo and Princes Leia
action figures.
